MR. PHILIP TAN
CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER
Mr Tan was appointed Chief Financial Officer of Vividthree Holdings Ltd. with effect from 30 April 2026. He has over 20 years of experience in corporate finance, accounting and auditing, and is responsible for overseeing the Group’s finance and accounting functions. Prior to joining the Group, he was General Manager, Corporate Finance and Special Projects at an SGX-listed company, a consultant with a local advisory firm and an Audit Director with a mid-sized audit firm in Singapore. Philip holds a Bachelor of Economics (Accounting) from La Trobe University, Australia and is a member of CPA Australia and a Chartered Accountant with the Malaysian Institute of Accountants and the Institute of Singapore Chartered Accountants.
MR. ONG SWEE SIN
CHIEF OPERATING OFFICER
Mr Ong was appointed Chief Operating Officer of Vividthree Holdings Ltd. with effect from 1 August 2026. He has over 19 years of experience in corporate management, business development, technology and strategic planning. He is responsible for executing the Group’s long-term strategy, overseeing operational performance, leading corporate development initiatives and ensuring effective risk management, regulatory compliance and corporate governance. Prior to joining the Group, he was Chief Executive Officer and Executive Director of an SGX-listed company, and subsequently held business development and management roles with private companies in Malaysia. Kayden holds a Bachelor of Engineering (Honours) in Electronics, majoring in Robotics and Automation, from Multimedia University, Malaysia.
